01 Green Eyed
Bowing to the bridge between here and forever. Time has slipped away. Licking lips with blood drips Do you smell my last breath, darling? Out with it, let it be done. To prolong the obvious is less than dumb. To admit the consequence is never fun. Its louder now You just said "Its louder now".
02 The Mahdi
And The Masses
We've got our broken hearts collected. We refuse to be neglected; so here we make our stand. We are a broken heart collection who refuse to be neglected and here we make our stand. You can laugh if you want to but we're the ones in command.
When counting on contingencies and sailing on uncharted seas, my sweet desert rose takes me home. Sihayya my home. New moon reveal yourself to me; Two moons in the path I see. When blackness surrounds me and I am all alone. Sihayya my home. When heading towards the abyss, you never see the edge.
04 The Litany
"Pray, boy, pray"; she whispered in my ear with a poison needle aimed right at my fears. As I said the words of the Litany, I realized it was I who had deceived me. No Fable, no fiction ever made it easy. I will not fear. Fear is the mind killer. I will allow it to pass over me. When its gone, only I will remain. And when she said to me to tell her of my dreams she did so only to deceive.I felt your Gom Jabar but from mine there's no reprieve. I learned the way of the knife and the cutting will be a release. I will not fear. Fear is the mind killer. I will allow it to pass over me. When its gone, only I will remain.
05 How To Break
Orbit And Thwart A Muse
Learn this lesson well: You create your own hell and sometimes its soothing. Its true that thoughts can kill and that the road to hell is paved with the best intentions. I learned my lesson well. I paved my way to hell and I found it to be soothing. I felt those thoughts that kill and I paved the road to hell with the best intentions. Subtle signs and hidden features speak loud of silent diseases; and there are no remedies. Now I need remedies for my remedies and I've forgotten how to sleep. So speak loud now, silent creature, of the need for a "Safe Distance" feature . . . and maybe I'll get some sleep.
06 The Sayyadina
Say, Sayyadina, how do you get so far? Do you think in the years to come they'll think of you and yell out martyr!!. If you think this lacks sacrifice, just tell yourself that it could be harder. Say, Sayyadina, how do you get so far? And I still stand in awe of such strength in a small frame. I still play along in a role I've always hated. Say, Sayyadina, how do you get so far?
